Hekate’s Skeleton Key is a method for deliberate selection. You designate a selector. A key, a ring, a gesture, whatever carries meaning for you. Then you use it on purpose to mark what you’re choosing.
Fear doesn’t get a vote. Doubt doesn’t get a vote. A bad mood, a passing thought, a tarot card... none of them choose for you unless you consciously hand them the key. The container is ceremonial. The mechanism is plain. That’s the point.

Questions at the door
Do I need a literal key?
No. You need a selector whose meaning is clear to you. A key is elegant and deeply Hekatean. A ring or a gesture works just as well.
Do I have to believe perfectly?
No. Perfect belief isn’t the mechanism. Deliberate selection is. You can be uncertain and still choose.
Can I change my mind after I choose?
Yes. Sovereignty includes changing it. You just do it on purpose, instead of treating discomfort as an accidental undo.
What if a reading shows something different?
A reading can show a possibility. You still decide whether you’re observing it or choosing it. The deck doesn’t get the last word.
How long does it take?
An afternoon to read. The practice is yours for good.
